post-jam update!

Ludum Dare 54 is now over. i didn't do too poorly.

this post-jam update adds the following:

1. time stops while dragging a piece
2. arrows point to collectibles that are outside of your view
3. there's now transition animations in between levels
4. new procedural music pieces
