This update adds features related to performance. Namely, you can change the target framerate (to prevent excessive processor use) and you can enable an on-overlay FPS counter to check how well it's keeping up.

Note that these framerates are approximate and will vary based on system and usage. They may spike above or below depending on processor performance.

-Added Framerate slider that lets you choose a "Low", "Medium", "High", "Ultra" or "Infinite" framerate
-Added FPS counter you can toggle on in settings

-Oculus Touch is now the default controller type as it is likely the most common VR controller type for SteamVR
