New Level Up Option: Increase Splash Damage Amount
Changed Meta Upgrade: Instead of colliding with Asteroids, now killing Enemies heals you
New Meta Upgrade: Have 4 instead of 2 Options after Level Up
Ghosts still lay mines, but they look different now
Now, Enemy Mines do Splash Damage as well
