Week 7

Pudding Frog
A downloadable game

Week 7:

This week was all about polishing for my first, slightly larger scale playtesting block.

Made a thorns prefab to demonstrate the surfaces you cant jump on or grapple to.

Made a 2nd tree prefab to replace some of my placeholder platforms on the first challenge.

Made a temporary title screen and created the logic for a play and quit button

Made a pause menu with  Resume, Main Menu, and Quit options as well as signs for control instructions at the start of the game.

Finally I polished all the platforming sections up and moved a few things around to make the level flow a little bit better  

 Moving forward I will hopefully be working predominantly on level design, with the exception of adding some SFX and basic animations.

I will be pulling the top center part down a little bit to fill in the space, but want to leave a large gap on the left so there is a channel to fall through and lose all your progress at the final jump of the game.
