First Co-Op prototype

Uploaded a new version, co-op skirmish works with three players (such as it is!) 

Two players in fighters, one controlling the main "ship" which is just a bunch of "modules" slapped on the screen currently.

Also, there are only asteroids as enemies for now. Hope to make the enemies all procedurally generated bosses though.
