Hotfix 0.1.7.1

A quick hotfix to clear up some issues with v0.1.7 as well as some tweaks.

• Made the area where the Auto Sorter and Furnace detect items slightly larger
• Added a loading screen 
• Fixed apple spawning bug
• Fixed a glitch where you could not create a new world
