0.25b Bug Fix for Queen in Deficit

Hello, guys, it's  just some quick bug fixes

Change Log:

• -Fixed the bug where next stage of the war with the Barbarian won't trigger properly
• -Fixed the bug where it wrongfully display the WIP message when you won battle against Barbarian when you haven't.
