Hi! I'm a novice game developer, and I just uploaded my first game on Itch. I created it as a pet project for portfolio, fun and to improve my skills.
This game is a part of interesting challenge that was done with my friend. We picked a random general idea - a platformer, where player must maintain something, like watering plants or keep mechanisms in a working state. We took a 1.5 months to develop a small game in out free time, and started to work. It was an interesting experience - come up with ideas and mechanics while making a game you never thought about before, in a genre that you have no expirience with. In the end we showed our games to each other - they were very different. Now I have some ideas for a second level, but it still not in development.
I think the game is fun and challenging, I hope you will enjoy it!
