Statistics feature and bugfixes

- New: Adds a new statistics feature to list all ball stats and things like total damage etc.
- Fix: Mute UI sounds when muting SFX
- Fix: Make volume sliders inactive when muted to prevent weird states
- Fix: Moneyball has a decimal place damage, which should be an integer
