New public build, v0.2.07.0!

New public build! New encounter is the Fire Elemental - who is, dare we say, rather hot? There's also the werewolf mouth knotting scene, which is rather... knotty, as well as the third brothel quest with POV BJ scenes (as well as a POV BJ scene for the Mouth Fiend) and a new Werewolf gal. The brigand anal cross-section has gotten a rework in preparation of more of that sort of animation.
