Small patch addressing various usability issues.
Improvements:
- Camera: You can now choose between Drag to Pan, Edge Pan or a combination of both panning behaviors
- Shop: The shop button now also shows the refresh timer next to it
- Shop: The shop now notifies you when offers are refreshed
- Shop: Prices you can't afford are now slightly tinted red for better readability
- Added a "Select All" button in the Sell menu
