0.0.2 Update: Minor Feature Additions & Bugfixes

Puppetstring has been updated! Here are the changes that comes with this release:
General
- Bugfix: Closing/Opening Puppetstring or enabling/disabling trackers while Session is running causes parts of your model to disappear.
Webcam Tracking
- Bugfix: When Tracking FPS is set to 'Max', minimizing Puppetstring window causes webcam tracking performance to be laggy.
- New feature: Eye Blink Sync, which syncs the blink state between left and right eye. The synchronization is quite light, so winking is still possible.
- New feature: Eye Blink Snap, which snaps eye blink to fully closed state, reducing jittery closed eye/wink. Same as above, the effect is lightly applied by design.
Mouse Pointer Tracking
- New feature: Center point adjustment. Useful when we're using mouse pointer for eye gaze and head turn tracking, but our character is positioned off center in stream (usually bottom left/right while playing games).
Keyboard Control
- Bugfix: Increments/Decrements mode not working.
- Bugfix: Laggy response on some Linux systems.
- Bugfix: Using '+' key as part of our keystroke doesn't work.
- New feature: 'Set Value' mode, which set the value of a single blendshape to predetermined values tied to multiple key combinations.
