Welcome to the third development log for MiniMorph: Labs!
This development log is discussion and showcasing the new additions from the second development log. In this development log, the following new additions have been made to assets, gameplay, level.
Assets
A podium/trigger has been created. This podium is large and is designed for the player to place a large cube on top of it.
The podium design is slanted upwards and contains a large divot. Although no explanation is provided on first initial look at the podium, the design has aimed for the usage of trigger to be intuitive to the player. Upon successful placing a large cube on top of the trigger, an event
Gameplay Feature
Laser
Lasers have been developed as a puzzle for the game. Lasers can be found in the some of the levels will require the user to pass through the laser progress to the next level. If the player touches the laser, they will be respawned at the start of the level. To block the laser, the player can use the cube to block the line of the laser.
Changing Cube Size
It was found that there were several unintended mechanics to the cube size. It was discussed by the project that the cube would have the following restrictions and changes
Sound
A laser sound has been added when the player attempts to change the size of the cube.

Tutorial Levels
The tutorial levels were finished and contains texts to instruct the player about the features of the cube.
