Projectile Particles Update

Hi there everyone! This is a short devlog update for Time's End. Features added onto this version will be listed below:
Particle System Implemented:
- Player Projectiles now have a trailing effect
- Trail effects differ for each projectile
- Particle effect added for projectile collision
Balances & Changes:
- Fanatic power charge duration increased from ~6 seconds to ~8 seconds
- Fanatic power bar fills up quicker
- Evoker power charge duration decreased from ~6 seconds to ~4 seconds
- Evoker power charge projectile (initial bullet) damage reduced by 37.5%
- Evoker power charge shards damage reduced by 80%
- Evoker power charge shard count reduced from 15 to 4
- Power-shot rounds projectile velocity increased by 142%
