Version 0.4 Updates!

Hey guys. Long time, no update! I intend to change that, and I have several minor updates in this version.

1. The game now has a volume control button. The volume can be adjusted from both the Settings Menu, and the Pause Menu during the game. NOTE: There is a slight delay between the button-click and the update. For now, we'll call it an engine limitation. Until I figure out how to fix that in Java.
2. The Tutorial Message Box had a text overflow which has been fixed.
3. The Tutorial Message Box would not appear after the first time, even when enabled. This has been fixed.
4. Timer only progresses during the game. (Not when the game is paused, or when the Tutorial Message Box is up)Me
5. Buttons have been slightly reworked.

While these are kinda minor updates in terms of the gameplay, I had to rewrite a lot of code to make these works. They've given a lot of perspective regarding coding for games.
