v0.4.2 - High zoom out appearance, physics

- Added body appearance at high zoom-out:
- If body is too small on screen, it is replaced with marker
- Selecting markers
- Too small orbits on screen and circles are not drawn
- If body has too small orbit on screen it cannot be selected and is invisible
- Added circle, parabola, hyperbola advanced orbital parameters: Pe, Pe_t, Pe_d, Ma, period
- Added if orbit is parabola or hyperbola, body COI is zero
- Updated documentation
