New skill, Gift rework, and Potions

The usual work continues, with what whatever content I feel like adding at any given time. This update includes the Allure skill that will tie into pretty much every social interaction at some point, a few things are left to change, but for the most part, the higher your Allure, the more you can persuade NPCs. I might make some tweaks in the next update like increasing the amount of experience you get, or adding bonuses to certain outfits.
It's good to have the new skill and gifting system out of the way, because It's been in the back of my mind for a while actually. I guess the next step would be making it so shops and merchant prices are affect in some way by Allure level, as well as giving the player some way to determine an NPCs preferred item.
I also tweaked the bow sprite, because I have some plans for a slight Archery rework, including new arrow types, and using a quiver. But I'll probably need to do the equipment rework before that... a lot of ponder but I'll get there. Also looking into various actions and considering adding a food cost to performing them.
