Centrist (V1.12)

Since i already added collapsing blocks to classic mode, i thought i might as well include it in other modes in some form. There is now new shockwave bomb in Centrist and Bombastic mode that forces nearby blocks to collapse torwards center.

• Added new shockwave bomb
• Fixed blocks sometimes collapsing in same location

Hotfix:

• Fixed shockwave bomb sometimes pushing blocks outside of the map
• Fixed shockwave sound effect volume
• Fixed some incorrect block shapes in Centrist mode
• Fixed block spawn locations in Centrist mode
