Updated the rules a bit:
-Buying items is now easier than paying for services
-Buffed/changed few Skills that i thought were kinda weak
-Added more new items and made some items more unique
-Preparation tokens now have a limit of 3, but +1 is gained at every mission.
-The mission's standart rewards now can range from 2 to 5
-Highligthed the section names of the rules, with red
