Big patches, new transfurs! V3.9.6

This big patch comes with many bug fixes, new graphical options, extra dialogue, two new transfurs, and more! This update tries to enhance the experience as a monster, adding more movement animations, fixing gravity problems, independent third person movement orientation, and such!

Update log V3.9.6:
GRAPHIC IMPROVEMENTS
- + Added full FSR2 user configuration
- * Profiles for: Quality, Balanced, Performance and Ultra Performance
- * Sharpness levels
- + Added support for Screen Space Ambient Occlusion (On by default)
- + Fixed HDR not enabling in options, it can now be enabled. Be sure to do so while HDR is active on Windows.
- + Semi-fixed preconfiguration option changing to Custom when selecting Medium or Low
NEW FEATURES
- + All monsters have been converted from Pawns to Characters.
- * They can now use the Character Movement Component.
- * This fixes many things and will allow a deeper movement system, but it has probably broken some levels and/or objects, please report bugs if you find them!
- + Added much more human interaction dialogue for the Dragon King
- + Added movement interpolation to YufengPuppies and YufengAdults
- + Added an additional Dr. K. dialogue when deciding not to respond (ServerArea)
- + Monsters now have independent movement orientation when in Third Person perspective
- + Many monsters now have walk, run and moving backwards animations
- + New transfur: Two-Headed Adult Yufeng
- + New transfur: Yufeng Dragon (not to be confused with the Bei Feng)
BALANCE / TWEAKS
- + Balance tweaks to YufengPuppies and YufengAdults
- + Modified a bit the locomotion animations for the Human
- + Tweaked the speed of the Moving Laser (ServerAreaStart)
- + Modified many monster animations
- + Made the crosshair hidden for some objects that shouldn't be interactive.
- + Made the Crosshair hide when viewing dialogues
- + Made the 'jumpers' work with player-monsters
