UF/A Hotfix 0.7.3; Shield Build

It came to my attention that there was a listing error specifically with the Bubble Buckler which stopped it from showing up as an option during actual Loadout Building and also a missing Range. That's right, the Buckler is a launcher; it's supposed to have range, not just Threat. That being said, while rectifying this error, I decided to see about giving all the shields a slight buff. As well as to make a slight clarification to one not shield option. So here's the changelog:

  • Sea Wall now has the shield tag.
  • All shields now state "You and allies within adjacency" instead of just "Allies within adjacency". In short, the Sea Wall, Ceramite, Bubble, and Shoal all got a Buff.
  • Shields gained the additional buff of "For the sake of Systems and Talents, attacks that miss allies affected by this shield also count as having missed you."
  • Sea Wall became unique.
  • Bubble Buckler's Range increased from 3 to 5. Threat increased from 1 to 2.
  • Teslathic Mace now reads "Allies in the burst radius don't take damage, and instead gain Overshield equal to the d6 roll." for the sake of clarity.
