Chapter 9.3 - Dev Note 2

I will most likely check Chapter 4 and fix what I need this week.  Chapter 4 looks fantastic and so much better.  

Chapter 5 doesn't actually look that bad but does use old ghost lighting rigs, I was tempted not to redo Chapter 5 but I will.  As for rendering Chapter 5 images, that is going to take at least 20 days I think. I don't render every day and all day, as I have one PC and I do a lot of other things which require me to use my PC.  Also, I just don't like sitting around doing nothing while waiting for my PC to do the work, I prefer to actually do work.

This does allow me to start the production of Chapter 10  and I have started but not done too much yet. Essentially, I checked the script and finalized Chapter 10. Next up is to figure out how many images I need for each scene and I hope to get that done this week.
