NPCs and final touches.

It's been a little while since my last blog post. Though it's mostly been due to the lack of interesting content to post. Aside from the final NPCs to be made, most of the areas are complete and there's nothing particularly eye catching that should be shown aside from things that I consider rather minor and not worth it.
