fix (crash) fix crash bug in last release, linearDamping

Fix possible crash in last release.

Add new ACE Set defaultLinearDamping. Note only works for objects created _after_ this is action Is used.

For objects already present on layout at the start of layout, it will not have any effect. In the future likely need to correct this with adding properties to the behavior for this values.
