To those still waiting for On the Bones of Batala updates, I'm so sorry for the lack of progress. I wish I could tell you that I've been chipping away at it during my hiatus, but the truth is I spent the past two years managing my Graves' Disease as well as working towards studying abroad.
This isn't to say that I didn't work on Bones of Batala at all, but the longer I mulled over this game, the more I realized that the research was sorely lacking and I may need to do a major overhaul. While a good deal of the themes and lore in LITE will remain the same, I can't say the same for the tables and mechanics I wrote.
Right now, I'm working on a much smaller project which I would like to use as a prototype for Bones of Batala, and hopefully, for my future games. I also reuploaded the DEMO PDF which has my old illustrations and layouts, so it can still be used with MÖRK BORG.
I still don't know when I'll finish Bones of Batala but I'll make sure to update you all through these devlogs if there are any developments. Until then, thank you and have a great day!
