Patch 2 - v0.2.3

Welcome to content Patch 2 - v. 0.2.3 of Renestra. Continue your journey after helping Kreena deal with the monsters and seek out Elora to help you with discovering your affinity. Featuring a fully voiced new NPC - Elora, this update helps the player unravel some of the mysteries in Renestra's past as well as the present state of the elven kingdom. 

Progressing the quest line rewards the player with 2 new interactable cutscenes and 1 story-revealing cutscene.

Starting the journey anew will reveal a piece of Filion's past in a new voice-acted scene.

*** It is still necessary to select NEW GAME after each patch, as previous saves are most likely bugged with the new version. ***

Version 0.2.3 update changelist:

• New Character - Elora
• New Areas - Elora's House, Elora's Library
• New Quests
• New Cinematic sequence for Elora
• New Story Cutscene
• New  prologue sequence
• Added a compass and a new quest indicator to better orient the player
• Improved existing interactable cutscenes - more fluid and enticing motions, better overall sound and more transitions between poses
• Various bugfixes and performance improvements

For the sake of transparency we also take this chance to address the following:

1. Questions regarding future update frequency. Until now we held off uploading smaller updates because we didn't want to annoy the end-user with frequent downloads. Going forward we will change this and start uploading content and fixes as soon as they are available, in the hopes to better engage our players.

2. The delay we had in launching this update. This update has been long in the making for multiple reasons. 

• Firstly, we tried to cram as much content as we could, which in turn made us put off the launch in hopes that we could finish features in the work "really soon". This led to other workflow interruptions down the line and this effect compounded into a lot of delays
• Trying to deliver on multiple in-progress systems at the same time led to unforseen errors that took time to fix
• We haven't been able to secure a reliable source of funding yet. We knew this type of project would be a slow burn, so we sought alternative funding for these past 3 months. The result is that we had to and take on other projects and work in order to keep ourselves afloat. This in turn led to a further slowing of our timeline for updates. Until we secure funding for Renestra, our big content updates will still take some time to release.
