Added a new mode

New content:

-Added a new mode, Speed Mode, where you can blaze through the game at lightning speed. There is no story, the grapple hook works faster, there are more places to use the grappling hook, the balls move faster, and player movement is significantly faster.

Changes:

-Tweaked the speed of the metal balls in order to make the game more fun.

Fixes:

Made it so that the Overseer pauses when you press pause.
