Version 1.3: Several bug-fix, enhanced code and a couple of new features

Versione 1.3 is out! Here is a list of changes

•  Added plugin command to call the Stat\Skill Scene directly for a given Actor 
• Fixed a bug that called a "double cancel" when hitting cancel on the Stat/Skill scene selection (causing the plugin to exit instead of returning to Character Selection when using "Call Character Selection" Command and closing the game when using the plugin command for a specificied Actor (Thanks to Patreon Bastardtulip)
• Added the possibility to separate Stats XP from Skill XP in all the relevant sections and plugin commands
• Fixed an abnormal behaviour when pressing cancel once inside the detailed Stat and Skill window 
• Upgraded and cleaned the older parts of the code

I made it as compatible as possible with 1.2, since there are new feature be sure to open it in the Plugin Manager and save (without changes to your work) to allow RPG Maker MZ realize that there are a couple of new parameters to pass on
