- Added ELITE LIBERAL AMENDMENT. When you control a supermajority in congress and the senate, but don't have a majority on the court, an amendment can be proposed by congress that will flush the supreme court and replace them all with elite liberal justices, to help speed up the endgame. The chance of states ratifying the amendment is influenced by the "support for appointing liberal justices" issue.
