Gacha Nebula is compatible with Android (both 64-bit and 32-bit) and Windows. Additionally, it can be installed on Chromebook. Using it on MacOS or Linux requires emulation software. You can find detailed installation instructions in the installation guide here.
We cannot not create an iOS version of Gacha Nebula due to technical and legal restrictions beyond our control.
However, if you have a PC it is possible to play Gacha Nebula on your iOS device via screen mirroring software such as GlideX.
