Update to version 0.3

I have enhanced the image generator app with the following improvements:

1. Checkpoint Selection: You can now choose from a variety of checkpoints to fine-tune your image generation process. This allows for more control and customization in achieving your desired results.

2. Vae Selection: The app now supports the selection of different Variational Autoencoders (VAEs). This feature empowers users to experiment with different VAE architectures, potentially leading to more diverse and intriguing image outputs.

3. Sampling Method Selection: We’ve introduced the ability to select your preferred sampling method. This choice gives you flexibility in how you sample from the latent space, influencing the characteristics of the generated images.
