​Update 4 - Quality of Life changes for flag and lock/mute mechanic.

Now mute symbol displays current state instead of performed action. Mute UI bug fix - symbols are now consistent with current state. Flags can now be taken out, silenced or turned into regular loops through the lock and mute mechanics.
