Small Bug Fix

Small bug fix and a few minor changes

• Improved lag in the overworld concerning pollen movement
• Increased Charles flight speed
• Fixed bug causing notes to not play sometimes
• Changed to WebView for Desktop uploads instead of NW.js, will result in much smaller file size for windows downloads
• Other stuff that I might've forgotten
