• Removed Assembly Definition file to get rid of missing editor dll conflicts. SimpleSQL is already a compiled assembly, so this file was redundant.

As always, after updating SimpleSQL, please:

1. Go to the Unity menu Tools > SimpleSQL > Options
2. Select any other platform than the one current selected
3. Switch back to the platform you had selected before step 2

This ensures that you have the latest version of the runtime dll.
