LCP Release! (And some fixes)

The LCP is out! It contains all four pieces of exotic equipment discoverable within Shade of the Lighthouse (Watchful Eye, Flash Rounds, Spatial Tear, and the Mourning Star). If you encounter any issues, let me know.

Some fixes were made to the PDF as well.
* Added BigMacH to playtest credits (my bad homeboy)
* Fixed copyright issues
* Added hint to stage 3 of final combat
* Improved readability for combat 2
*Fixed typo on page 13
