Kipball V6.0

Update contents:

• Player indicators added, can be toggled with U and O
• Music can now be toggled with M
• Level design slightly altered in bottom corners.  Reduced some level geometry, replacing it with ball-only geometry.
• Overall level aesthetic rework to not just have flat gray platforms composing the entire layout.
