Minor update with small improvements and features that were easy to implement.
Changelog:
- Added default blacklist as implemented by e6 when opening the app for the first time.
- Added +/- buttons to sliders.
- Minor menu UI fixes.
- Added option to disable stop steps in edge/endurance.
- Removed "Browse" as a "Gamemode", added "Display images" button instead.
- Added "A" and "D" as navigating arrow shortcuts.
