Vogeljagd V1.2

Vogeljagd V1.2 is now available! It's mostly just a compatibility update for the new TIC-80 version 0.30.0, but I decided to add two additional bird colors, too.

Because of some bugfixes in TIC-80 itself I can now provide a standalone excecutable for Vogeljagd on Windows.

Differences to the previous version (V1.1):

• The game now uses TIC-80 Version 0.30.0 (instead of the now outdated 0.29.3)
• Two new bird colors (green and black)
• Minor code improvements
