E.T. Returns update with more playable characters

Greetings!  I pushed up a new version of E.T. Returns that includes another batch of brand new playable characters: Light Cycle E.T., Speedy E.T., and Missile Command E.T.  I also fixed an annoying bug that prevented some of the latest characters from unlocking properly.  Enjoy the update and, yes, feedback is appreciated!  Let me know what you think!  Onward!
