Three and Four Player Update

Hello!
We've updated Get Down II with three and four player functionality, on top of the existing one and two. You can now select the number of players from the Multiplayer menu.

We've also added a dynamic camera that is adaptive to the player's upward or downward speed, letting you see more of what's ahead. The camera also represents the start of our efforts to increase visual feedback, with a pleasing jolt when adding weight to the player platform.

Finally, we've made various tweaks to levels, changing friction properties, addressing areas where 'bridges' can form and reducing risky physics interactions.
