Added oil tiles and Level 05 to introduce them

Added oil tiles and Level 05 which serves as an introduction to them.
Also fixed a bug that would let you walk through the air if you were walking and selected an unattainable point, here is an example:
It was a cool bug because it let you skip basically any gate as long as they entirely cut off the part where you wanted to go, which made for some cool 'skips' for a puzzle game. Sadly the bug was too strong especially with oil, so I had to remove it. I might put it back in later as a 'legit' mechanic, just harder to do.Also fixed a bug about gate boolean assignment.
