Update 2 - Fixes & Stitches

A bunch of stuff almost slipped through, but I've made some fixes and improvements. I don't know what else to call it so it's gonna be fixes & stitches.
- Units on the defending team now teleport through walls from any direction, so they no longer get stuck while trying to pass backwards through a wall.
- If a unit receives enough damage to instantly kill it, its shield will no longer save them from being one-shot. This mainly applies to Blink Archers and Blink Knights, which can now be one-shot.
- The "End Turn" button in the campaign now shows the turn number too. This means you can now reliably speedrun the game to try to beat it in as few turns as possible.
