Update 1 - Time to Blink

I've noticed that Blink Archers are a little too powerful for their cost, not even being double the price of a regular archer. This is true for cavalry as well. As such their prices have increased. I also added a time-speedup feature so battles that become a slog can go by faster.

• Blink Archer cost: 225 -> 300
• Cavalry cost: 325 -> 375
• Added ability to speed up battles
