A back page is here with lots of additional rules! I almost decided to add an Example of Play instead but I went for the extra rules after all. The Consequences table is a lightly edited version of the "After the Party" table from Maze Rats -- otherwise, this is all my writing.
Special thanks to @.chloris on Discord for giving very helpful feedback on the core rules -- turns out combat used to get way easier than I realized at higher levels, so I've replaced increasing Combat Dice with the ability to increase your maximum HP.
The d12 option for combat is a little clunky but it's there if you want weaker monsters to be tougher and tougher monsters to be weaker. Goblins and other 4-Power monsters are pretty weak with 2d6, but ultimately I'm not sure it matters.
