Version 3.0 Planning

HEY,

Planning in this update:

• Add difference in NPC on maps(Done need more hats))
• Add New tool(Secret tool, in work but 80% of it done)
• Add New interactions 
• Add mouse sensitivity control slider
• Bug fixing
