Pulse recently made it to Catalog, Panic's official game store for Playdate.
The new version of Pulse bring a new online ranking mode, so players from all around the world may compete to get the best score and sit at the top of the Pulse leader boards. I also added a small feature that helps identify where the player is when the stage starts, which helps prevent confusion and time-wasting at the beginning of a stage.
Unfortunately, players who have already bought a copy of Pulse on itch.io will not be able to compete online, as games that are installed via the Playdate's side-loading system cannot post online scores. Because of this, I've slightly increased the price on Catalog compared to itch.io ($3 vs $2.50), which also goes some way to offset the greater sales cut that Panic takes vs itch.io.
