12th September build notes: The pause menu update.

In 0.0.4, I've added several much needed features, such as the very important pause menu, and fixed a major skip.
- Pause menu added.
- Updated credits page.
- Changed the cave roof in stage 3 so the player can’t skip pushing the block out.
- Added master volume setting.
- Added graphics settings.
- Added full screen toggle.
- Default screen mode is not full screen as the default resolution may not look great in Fullscreen, but will always look nice in windowed mode.
- Removed mis-placed tiles in the back tree layers in stage 2.
