The Jetpack Is Here!
I did a rework of abilities system, and thanks to that rework I gained more flexibility in adding abilities. SUCH AS THE JETPAAAAAACCKKKK
- Grenades are now an ability
- The grapple is now an ability
- The new jetpack is also now an ability
- More abilities coming in the future!
You press X or LB (depending on control scheme) to cycle through your abilities - each ability has its own icon, and its own cooldown. The plan in the future is to have 3 at any time, and let the player switch each of those 3 by finding more around the map and in the battlefield. There will likely be rarer, more powerful abilities added as time goes on, and such powers will be added closer to the centre of the map with a longer spawn timer, to incentivise more fights and interesting scenarios.
The update is coming out at 5pm GMT tomorrow.
