Small late update

In the spirit of yesterday's update for Snail Ragnarök, I hereby update True Light to modernity!

• Half resolution for much better performance
• NPC sounds stop on time
• Bulbs are turned off by default and must be discovered
• Lights are more optimized & a bit more colorful
• Turrets don't shoot into walls
• Use hand drawn explosion instead of particles
• Optimize assets

Nothing much to say apart from the fact that I restrained myself A LOT to not add features and make an unfinishable project.
