• added scaffold tiles 
• added bikes  
• added lit concrete tunnel
• added vending machines and old school 80's phone booth
• added slopes for dirt and grass tiles
• added green bush and grass tuff tiles
• added concrete road divider and concrete planter/platform tiles
• added telephone poll and AC unit with alt animation tile for fan
